The Grid Project
Walking to the intersections of map grid lines, I photographed what I could see from each spot, ignoring nearby views that were perhaps more interesting. The selections guided by the map grids provide a representation of the Dales that is not concerned with my own perception of what is worthy of photographing.
The work was part of a broader project to photograph all intersects in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, providing a visual document of the Park during a period of time.
Information on the full project can be found at Tom Marsh's website.
